general BUILDING/RENOVATION

We can help you with all your general building requirements indoor and out…  such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, creating indoor/outdoor flow, carports and garages, villa/bungalow restoration, extensions, fencing and decking and everything in between. No job is too big or too small…

 

DECORATING SERVICE

We have a designer who is able to offer decorating advice to our clients.

If you need some help with colour palettes for interior or exterior paint, tiles, carpet, vinyl, vanities, benchtops etc we can put together a cohesive decorating plan for you.

Let us look after your sub contracting too.

We have a team of competent and reliable sub contractors (including electricians, plumbers, painters, tilers, cabinet makers etc) that we trust and use regularly.

MAJOR RENOVATIONS

We have completed numerous major renovation projects over the last 25 years. These range from complex second storey additions, major extensions and full house renovations to minor additions.

Being a small team we are in constant communication with the client throughout the construction process. We encourage the client to have as much input and
on-site time as possible to help ensure the project runs smoothly for everyone involved.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We offer a Project Management service so you can have one point of contact for the entire project. This includes managing and organising all trades people, engineers, designers etc required to complete the job.

Because we have been in the building industry for over 25 years we understand what is required to plan and execute a major building or renovation project on time and to budget.

DISABILITY SERVICES

Another building avenue we have taken, which we find very rewarding, is providing quality building solutions for people with disabilities. These services include access ramps, accessible bathrooms, doorway widening, safety grab rails and Vestner Lift installation.

We have been an Accessable and ACC provider for over 20 years.
